I am a relatively new bander((August 27th). My doctor and my booklet have told me since the beginning to eat three small meals and a protein shake-no snacks in between meals. At my last meeting with my nutritionist, she told me to eat two small meals and a protein shake-no snacks in between meals! I have been losing weight at a steady pace, so I don't understand why I have two different directives. What are others doing?

We are changing to Blue Cross Blue Shield and they would have paid!!! Just my luck!!!

I hope so!!! I go to support groups and no one there has a lap band. I want to only hear lap band info!! Who has time to sift through other surgery info as well!! ..not me!!
