How are all the October '13 bandsters doing?!! -
Ms. Vickie, you are on soft food on day 8? No more liquid, through a straw food? I was instructed to stay on liquids (even if it's chili in the blender with extra liquid) through day 14 and I'm not going to be able to do it. I've introduced tiny amounts of mushies because I can't take the liquid only anymore!! I'm glad to read this, as I was worried I would stretch my pouch but I feel good knowing I probably won't. Thanks!!

My situation is similar. It helped to read all of this. I keep getting paranoid that I am never going to lose any weight no matter what I do. But I've lost almost 30 already and am not even 2 weeks post-op. Hungry! -

Yes, I'll start my liver reduction diet on Sept 24th for surgery on Oct 15th. I'm really scared of failing, which is a recurring theme in my life, LOL!! I'll just have to give myself NO CHOICE!! -

I am October 15th. I'm excited to make the change but nervous too. Mostly worried about the pre-op diet, LOL.
