Trying so hard to do good on this pre op diet.... I am so used to self sabotaging! Uggg....

I am not sure.... The nut put me on this healthy low carve, high protein but co workers are killing me with the darn chocolate!

My insurance only requires 3 month pre op, But I have just started my journey as well! Nice to meet ya!

It has only taken me 3 years! Lol but I have chosen rny for my journey! My HW was 270lbs, my 1st surgeon meeting (3/11/13) I was 256lbs, been on Weight Watchers for the 3rd time. I am so excited for this journey! Anyone from Ma/NH??
