  17. Anna, I had a 2 week stall, I decided to up my calories by 200. And worked out every day instead if 4 times a week and the scale moved 2 lbs!!

    I can rate whatever. But I focus on protein , veggies then a starch but I barely have room by then. I average 600-800 calories 800 on my workout day... 650ish on a lazy day only intolerance is sugar. I have RH so that's a no go for me

    My surgeon and Nut have not given me a specific diet to follow pre op.... Is southbeach good? I am not losing anything and need some sort of help lol
