I had been on a role losing weight got a fill on 10/ 21and only gained 2 pounds i track food i follow the rules but no lose sense the 10 /21

When will it go away i hope is not like this forever.when i drink or take my soup, i am on full luquids now it hurts like if i cant burp i dont know how to explain it but it is very uncomfterble awfull like if their is something stuck in my chest

I get them to about 7pm this is wen i go take my walk, or put some bengay iam lik14 days out, also if i had a bit to much to eat and by to much i mean 2/3 bites- 1 reply

Yes it got better i went slower on the drinking and walked more evryday that passed it was better drink chamomile tea

So i went to post op appt. And the lady that was giving the explanation on the next step in our diet,mushies ,kept narrating all the times she felt stuck and sick it was torture.So i wonder do bandsters always feel sick ?or do we just get used to it?

Yes the hunger pain is awfull and the thick salaiva awfull to its not great 4th day -
Tomorrow at 6:00am is my surgery see everyone on the other side .Finaly the day has come is so unreal,very exciting

I am on the 9/24, today and tomorrow liquid diet so worried .good luck to everyone see uou on the other side;-) -
I am upset my husband wont be able to make it to the surgery.He has to go on a work trip its rediculous but ohhh it is what is is if he dont work no money.
