Looking for a band buddy to possibly work out with and for general support. I had my surgery August 12 and I lost 12lbs the first week post op but gained 3 back :-\ I reside in North Las Vegas

I tried one, it was whey protein but the flavor was apple and I hated it! I also cant stand milk, but only cows milk. I make my shakes out of vanilla and coconut almond milk and mix a lil yogurt in and its pretty good.
