My dr. Told me to try and avoid those water mixes mio disani etc. She said while they dont harm me calorie or carb or whatever wise that they tend to make u more hungry.. told me to try and drink plain water as much as possible

Went the the Dr. Told her since I only have one appt left before we submit to insurance for final approval that anxiety has completely set in.. Ive done everythinv that is required and am actually overquallified for what ins. Requires but still have that fear of denial. She basically told me to take a chill pill and relax brok out her jns. Papers to show me what my healthplan requires so i could see i more than qualify but idk still hard to shake that anxiety. My ins. Only requires a bmi of 49 or higher , or if under 40 u have to also have a co morbidity. I am in the 50's and have co morbidities.. I am doing a sleep study this month also just as extra verification. For me. Ugh soo ready to be done with this stage if the game.

I wont know which is doing my surgery until they schedule it my last appt is on the 6th they are shootin for a surgery date 2weeks out as long as ins is quick.. they think it will be

I will be going to more of life too but am closer to stl Dr. Ellison or Dr.Drahota will be my surgeon in overland park ks.

Thanks.. yes i am glad to know that i am healthy enough for surgery i think it is just the fear of after you go through all of this and qualify they can still deny u.. will feel better after its submitted to ins.

Im doin the Isopure zero carb there are several flavors and it is high on protein zero carbs plus has other vitamins u may need... But everyone has their own taste i would try a couple different ones before buying a bulk amount.

And P.S. you can order them online throigh the GNC website they also sell through other store sites

Hi i am still pre op but i am givem tramadol for my arthritis pain and if u pain is moderate to severe i dont think tramadol will help it does nothing to help with arthritis pain. They give it as a broad spectram pain med i have also had it for tooth aches. The lortab i tjink would work best for moderate to severe but it will limit what u can do like driving.
