Help. A little bit after eating a salad with small chicken bites I have the worst chest pain into back. No relief in any position or after drinking pineapple juice. 8 days after surgery, still some pain, its so fun to resd everyones posts. Each surgeon has such diff procedures. Seems a lot have had Xrays after surgery, some were offered food before leaving of itemd i couldnt hsve for one week before. Im just getting a lil down from not being able to go out to eat, have a drink with friends and basically just being ignored like no one gets it but also dont take the time to ask. On the plus side Im down 15.3 pounds.

I just hurt so bad today. Surgery yest. My lungs in back feel like spasms up my back. Hurts soooo bad to cough. My incision sites are not bad. My whole body really hurts. Cant hardly move arms. Anyone have the pain with cough?

Im having pain on breathing in in chest. Also have little deep cough that just burns in my back where lungs are. Almost feels like a muscle spasm that moves up. Had surgery yest. Is this normal? I also have fibromyalgia and my entire body hurts from that today, surgery always triggers more pain with that. I also can just not relax, ive been up since 6:45 yest. Help!

I had surgery yest too. My stomach and chest still hurts. My entire body hurts but thats my fibro. That liquid pain med tastes like rotten tequila. Ickkk. This am I added a touch of apple sause to it, slight edge off it but still ick.

Surgery Thur. This pre-op diet food is getting not so hard to do. Have had a coiple small sneak bites of cheese or wheat crackers at start. Seems everyones diet is a little diff but basically ssme idea. Love having this site for inspiration, help, tricks etc. I just keep going as soon I will be able to eat better things thsn just basically liquid diet. Please pray for a safe surgery for me and I will pray for all of you to continue your success or for help in getting through the pre surgery process. Hugs...

Im doing the 2 week pre surgery thing right now myself, feel the same because im losing but know in the end I know I'm addicted to food and will just yo-yo again. My thought is that at least with the lap band my portions are controlled so I have no choice but to control my eating. But good luck to you!
