Hi Jennifer. I live close to Rochester and had my surgery in July 2013 at Olmsted Medical Center. We have a great support group to help us along the way. We meet once a month in the evenings. New people up to 4 years banded. The main reason I have my band was that I had lost a lot of weight several times and it always came back. With the band, I am hoping that won't happen. Have you been back to get a fill? -
I had my first fill this month (Aug). It seems like I can eat more than I should. I didn't have any problems with the liquid diet and I thought my stomach would have been smaller.
