Before surgery I loved my shakes. But since surgery just the smell and texture make me gag. Even the thought leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

I am 8 days post-op and having a terrible time with my shakes. I have tried just about every idea suggested to me. Thinking of speeding up my diet yo soft foods a few days early. Haven't had any vomiting so far. Any suggestions? ????
