Hi! I started to begin "I have ben fat most of my life" but I know now that I am SO much more than my weight. So.....Hi, I am a loving, caring, sexy woman. I am married, with a husband who has and continues to be underweight and absolutely doesnt understand why I cant just "cut back" or "stop eating" before I am full. I am never full.. I wanted my own children alllll my life but after many miscarriages and 2 failed adoptions my husbands poor heart coudnt take any more and he shut the door on any more attempts. So, I have a dog and cat. I have also helped raise my nieces and nephew, and have taught since I was 20 in both public schools and Sunday School. So in His great mercy has managed to put kids in my life. My mom, the sunshine in my life, passed away recently and I am left with a "hole" in the center of me after all that, that I cannot fill up enough. I know councelling will be a HUGE part of my lap band journey so I am joining Overeaters Annon. (plus Dr. Allen offers free councelling from now on once a wk., plus a nutritionist and nurse visit if needed). So, I am a little over a week from surgery and ready to begin this adventure.
