    It's me again....I went to my Dr. today and guess what? I didn't need a fill. The nurse said I was losing at a good rate and it could go either way if I should get a fill or not. We decided against it b ecause she suggested I wait until I really need one. So, I think that's pretty good news...by the way, I hit 30 lbs lost today....YIPEE!
