And so it begins..after years of obesity....i have made the choice i leave tommorow to NC from VA. Have my pre blood..upper Gi wed..surgery thurs..I am about 185. Im 56 and hope to get under. 145. Im a bit sad today. I know food will be reintruduced butbI will miss the socialization for a while that come s along with it. Havent told anyone but hubby,,just tonight friends called to go to grab a bite out we declined stated we ate already,,,i will state im on a medical supervised weight loss program. That will get me out of diner out a few months..till i can begin eating again...its a trade off but my health must come first,,,,keep the support coming
