Does anybody else have trouble eating protein??? Seems like the only way I can get meat down is when it is mixed with something else. I can't take a bite of chicken, but I can eat chicken salad, or casserole or whatever. Same with other meats. I have tried eating it with a bite of veggie in the same bite, but it still won't go. Sorta ends the whole protein first thing for me. -
Ryan, please come back!!! We miss you! Besides, who else you gonna ask about washing bras? You need us!

Tracey, sorry it's taken me a while to get back to this thread! Wow, sounds like you found the sweet spot!!!! Lucky, lucky, lucky! I have a 4cc band. I have gained 4 pounds since my unfill a week ago. I think he took too much out! Good luck to you!!!

Well, somehow I managed to miss most of the ugliness that I have been reading about and for that I am glad. I am also very happy to see that our moderators are taking steps to bring this forum back to the health, happy place it once was. Thanks ya'll!

Yuck! Glad you're doing better!!!! I wonder if stress plays any part in acid reflux??? Could be it's one of those things that all sorts of outside factors play a part in.

My DL pic was taken when I was still fairly thin. I think the weight on it is 145 and it wasn't a lie at the time. My passport pic was taken when I got fat. Hmmm....maybe I should start carrying both.

Boy, did I ever!!!! My last supper lasted for a few months and I gain a lot of weight before going on the pre-op diet.

Hi! Welcome to LBT!!! What you are experiencing is perfectly normal. 25 pounds in two weeks is a fantastic start. Many people (like me!) don't lose any weight until we get restriction. Hang in there and get your fill. Good luck!!!

Hi Kathy! Glad to hear you're well and still losing. I recently had an overfill myself and hung onto it for 6 days. It was such a relief to get that unfill!
