    Hi everyone, I received my band only a few days ago on August 6th in Tasmania. I've been browsing here and have found some really helpful info and just wanted to reach out and say hi. I look forward to sharing my success as well as hearing about yours. The worst part for me is the gas pain. It was mainly in my shoulder but now is also under my left ribs. But.. I know that'll pass soon enough so I'm moving forward one day at a time.

    I was August 6 also.. Everything is going well so far but am looking forward to the mushies stage.. I'm not a big fan of a liquid only diet
