How often would you say you have a guilt free treat and have success with your weight loss at same time?

The differences between people is interesting how the band effects them because for me I am getting full to the point I have to stop eating even with my small recommended amounts and I have no fluid in my band. I am also 10 days post op and am not getting hungry until about 3-4hrs after I eat. I was dying on liquids because I was so hungry but now that I moved to soft foods I feel much more satisfied but I assume the more I heal the hungrier ill get??

Today has been a week since i was banded. Anyone else feeling or felt nauseous several times thought out day and felt like that had very little energy/were physically weak when trying to do things?? I've had several surgeries b4 much more extensive but for some reason this one has knocked my energy level out completely?? Please Help!!

I'm super tired of the liquid diet too AMW but I am 3 days behind u even lol I have been feeling kind of nauseous not sure if its due to hunger or what??

Hello! I am 2 days behind you was banded aug 30th!

I'm doing good pain isn't so bad just at port site and i feel a little weak. I haven't had any problems drinking or eating liquids so far. The one complaint I do have is a headache dunno if it's just lack of calories or something?? either of you having this? Im going to get out of house today going stir crazy! Hope ur doing well!!

Glad you're doing well! I'm doing pretty good myself still have pain and just feel kinda weird inside..just hoping its all normal!

Hey everyone!! I got my band today and am out of the hospital!! gelt a little nauseous so I had to stay longer than expected but doing good! The most pain I have is the bigger incision where I assume the port is and a little gas pain around my collar bone and back but nothing terrible so far. I also am trying to get my water in as I have been a little slow due to nausea. Can't believe I have actually started this journey-pretty surreal

I get banded tomorrow and was wondering do they weigh you at the hospital b4 surgery or do you just use your starting weight from home the morning of to track by??? Sorry this is probably super dumb lol

Hey there u two!! I don't have to do a pre op diet mandatory but I'm still trying to do one but the fact I don't have to has made it hard!! Finally since the end of last week Ive been doing pretty good. Im just doing protein shakes for first two meals and salad for dinner and have had some string cheese or celery when hungry. Im struggling with guving up my soda!!How about u guys?!
