So I haven't written on here in awhile but about 3 weeks ago I had my first fill that was weird. Doing good now though. Still have pain in the shoulder. But since the surgery which was July 17th I have lost 40lbs and also I below 300!!!!!!!!! -

I was banded on July 26, doing better then the first week. I starting to eat my forever diet!! Have not had one fill yet. I go for my 2nd weigh in, in two weeks very excited can not wait. Still have gas pain in the shoulder, especially when something is hard to get down. I have been really good as well. Some people said that they are already noticing a difference in me!!! I hope to start going to the gym soon!! -
So I am 4 days post op and they said I had a huge hiatal hernia which caused a lot of air in my chest and my left shoulder. It will not go away and I can not burp either. Today was the first day to go on full liquids and I was full very quickly, so that I liked. Has anyone else had this shoulder problem?? Also looking for a group or someone to talk with along this life journey!!

Today is my first day back to work. I had the surgery on Friday the 26th and I was fine at home not hungry full when I ate but now back to work I am starving and not getting so full so quickly!! Is this common with anyone else!!! -

I got my band on the 26th my gas pains are horrible they said my hiatal hernia was huge and there was alot of air my left shoulder is terrible and I feel like I want to burp but I can't. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!! -
