Wow even those complaining about their slow losses are doing great compared to me iv yet to see any post from ppl who have lost as little as me six months out 30 lbs down

Has anyone experienced the same problems and cone out the other side? I would appreciate some advice.

Thank you I really do need help! how much do I eat how often? I'm not taking any protein shakes as they are horrible, I hate water so I drink tea with sweetener, I was walking three miles a day x3 times a week but iv stopped as it didn't help with weight loss at all,I do take all my vitamins and get monthly b12 injections,I'm hungry all the time I logged on MFP religiously for first 5 months averaged 900cals but iv stopped that too,I don't have set meals or food I just grab bits of the kids dinners I feel like I have no restriction lately and due to this intense heat iv been eating ice cream not much a little child's portion, I'm tired all the time but all bloods are normal,hair is coming out by the handful but I'm ok with that I'm just so sad that I haven't reach even halfway to goal like everyone else seems to be,I don't understand it I'm 38 I lost 10lbs in the 2 week pre op diet so I assumed that I could lose lots but that was the only time I lost a big amount,while I'm glad due to the sleeve I haven't gained I feel defeated and everyone around me who asks how much iv lost give me that look and say is that all?

I drink diet 7up I stir out the bubbles I find it very refreshing

I'm from Ireland there isn't any support ie nutrition I went abroad and I'm alone iv lost nothing in the last 6weeks

Sleeved in February have only lost 18lbs in 11weeks I'm only having around 800cals and walking daily I'm so depressed I can't believe I spend all our savings for 18lbs everyone who has the sleeve has lost tons wtf is wrong with me? I'm drinking enough my carbs are around 50 my protein is around 55 I'm hungry all the time and I'm trying so hard

Hi I'm 7weeks since sleeve felt great since 2nd post op no pain no meds needed I'm on full solids my sleeve doesn't like bread and due to liquid stage I gag at the thoughts of a protein shake or soup couldn't drink enough water as I don't like it but drinking a million cups of tea a day walking also Only down side is that iv lost little weight around 10lbs don't know why The emotional side was hard at first u think your prepared but ur not

I'm three weeks post op and I felt hunger from the second day post op ppl were trying to tell me I wasn't hungry or it was head hunger but the noises from my stomach told ppl yes she's hungry I eat little and often and am constantly starving

It sleeved 2weeks ago today feel so down and depressed I thought the weight would fall off me and was so excited but iv not lost a pound nothing there has to be something wrong I thought I'd be 15lbs down by now thyroid is fine and I'm on liquids any advice?

I never heard if it being done in Paris I heard u should never get it taken out I'm getting it done in jam but on two minds weather to go to Belgium or have it in Dublin price difference is huge but better after care I heard the aftercare is crap in Belgium?
