    Afraid to do something wrong...

Well, today has been a day or worry for me....I worry I am going to do something to make the band slip, port move...etc. It's hard not to use your stomach muscles at all! I sleep on my side and I worry about that. I just don't want to mess anything up! I hope this goes away but it seems people have problems even after having the band in for a long time without. AAArrrgghhhhh!
  3. Down 3 more pounds! :)

    JULY 2013 BAND BUDDIES

Hello my fellow July Band Buddies! I was just banded on the 17th. Feel very bloated! Can't wait until I am all healed and on a regular routine. It will be nice to follow everyone's progress!
  5. Thanks for your response. I have Phenergan and Zofran....don't feel extremely nauseated...only when I smell those shakes. Had some broth and a sf pudding yesterday, and water. Tolerated those just fine. I still feel really bloated! I have every confidence this will pass....
  6. I was banded on Wednesday July 17th. I was supposed to somehow get in 3 protein shakes yesterday but failed miserably. I am not hungry and the protein shakes make me nauseated just smelling them. I am trying to stay hydrated as I see this as possibly being a problem for me. I feel like I have a lump in my throat. I know this is part of the process....I just hope I am doing what I need to! Any suggestions for protein intake would be greatly appreciated!
