    Iband is plication added. I have that and never experienced bandster hell and have heard from a few others that say the same thing. As for taking so long to eat, with Iband you also have more swelling and for longer than with band alone cuz they manipulated more of the stomach. Also if you were fortunate enough to have hiatel hernia repair, as most do, factor that in. I'd go back to liquid and give it a little more time for swelling to go down. It shouldn't take you two hours for oatmeal to go down and chances are, you might need primer fluid removed until swelling is gone. Stay hydrated and by Monday if not better it wouldn't hurt to call surgeon and see what they think.

    If what you have is actually restless leg syndrome, it may not, but if it's just a vitamin deficiency it might. I get an eye twitching if I don't take calcium. I take calcium gummies, B complex gummies and multivitamin gummies.

    Frustrated and Hungry

    Sometimes I feel I could use a small fill as I get hungry too soon. I then evaluate and realize, there are times I'm not doing my part as much as I believe I am. For instance last night at the mall we stopped off at food court and I ordered lo mien noodles and teriyaki chicken. I was only going to eat a bite of noodles, but chicken wasn't that good so I ate all the noodles and hardly any chicken. Last night, I over indulged in carbs due to that. Do I need a fill? No, I need to follow the rules. I can eat almost anything and like that for me, but if I don't take in enough protein, I'm toast.

    For Fiber, I either throw a handful of fruit into my smoothie or I eat something like Quest Protein bars....full of fiber. For energy, I find that exercise does that for me.

    Sure am glad I bought some biker shorts with cushion. I'm sore today, don't know how I would even ride today if I had not had them yesterday.

  9. I got a new ninja for mothersday and am trying out shakes. Our local gym makes an awesome shake with Wendys frosty consistency. Anyone know how I can get this consistency with my shakes. I use whey protein.

    I'm getting this shake thing down. I feel like I'm eating ice cream everyday. By the way, I have a gallon of ice cream in my freezer I bought for gks when they came over for Mother's Day... I took a bite if it and discovered I didn't like anything about it. That alone is a non scaled victory for me. I was the person you see on tv with the spoon ang gallon of ice cream in front of the tv eating mindlessly.

    Lol, an occasional treat for me is after shopping at SAMs club, I stop at their little deli and get a slice of 3 meat pizza. I lick my chops and dig in. Very slowly lol. I get a third of it down and I'm done. Sometimes I even eat half half of it. I'm glad I can still enjoy food but not be ruled by it.

    Be careful. If you are truly in the green, a "tweak" May put you over and in turn reverse your progress. I'm in the same position as you and have toyed with the idea of a small fill myself...but I figured if it ain't broke...jus sayin

    I was riding my motorcycle the other day and got off to go into the store and a woman walking by was smiling real big and asked "how does such a tiny lady handle such a big bike". I haven't been referred to as tiny since...well never. I was on cloud 9 for the rest of the day.

    Don't necessarily expect that you won't be able to eat these things in the green zone, many can. I haven't found anything I can't eat if I'm careful. Give yourself time sometimes it takes a while to realize a fill.

    I tried using them once and if anything made things worse. I can't get anything down while I'm sliming, not even papaya enzymes.
