So glad I found you all to share this journey with.
I am now in mushy foods and doing really well. My starting weight was 209 and am currently 192. My goal weight is 135.
I started some exercise this week. Just low impact . So far so good.
I am happy to answer any questions you might have. I have learned a lot in a short amount of time.
