I really like Sunkist Protein it has 24g of protein and no sugar. I was able to drink the whey protein before I got banded but can't take it now. This Sunkist drink is really good cold. -

I had tight feeling in my chest. It finally went away after 20 mins. One of my co works told me about these Vitamins called Papaya Enzymes. They are to help digest for food faster if you eat to fast. I've not done any research or ask my DR about them. -

Yes, I'm keeping everything down. It's an adjustment on how to eat slow. I've ate to fast a couple of times and though I was dying. I'm going for my first full on Wednesday. I'm a little nervous. -

Just venting.... I ask my family to keep my surgery private. But I should have known they can't keep their mouths shut.. I'm just trying to get use to my new life and having to deal with others judging me. Why are people so mean.... -
