Hello ladies, I am new to all this. I have an appt on Monday to go have my physical,history, and lab work done. I am also going to see a nutritionist that day as well. I am excited about having this done but I am not going to lie, I am also very nervous and scared. Any suggestions??? Any things I should know that maybe gets overlooked???
