Looking forward to my 2nd fill!

I don't think I really belong on here because I am done, but I feel such a need to tell anyone to be cautious. EAT only what you can for awhile and introduce things slowly. I could never get to that pt even now, PLEASE PLEASE be cautious and no matter if your Dr of filler puts pressure on you to try new things, CAUTION. I am the product of what goes wrong! God Bless all -
Well ladies, keep plugging! I don't know if I was cursed to not be able to digest back then, and now, had I been able to eat normal, I would have stretched myself earlier most likely because as food addict know myself. Same now, I cannot digest anything much and have gained almost all back because sugar is one thing I can, so like another said, stay away from carbs even mashed spuds if you can as they turn to sugar. You can google much about people who struggle and have regained, I am thankful I read all that after or I may have been afraid to take the chance, but it is true a large % have trouble. God Bless you all and keep trucking!

Missy, I got all that from the one time mtg w Nutritionist before surgery.

Cindy? Im sorry the name did not come up here. It is different for ea person, and had I been able to digest your items most certainly would have chosen them, as I explained in my story I ate the only things I could digest and do so to this day which hasn't changed much.

Missy, I think I was 3-4 weeks? Ate Protein Bars sans nuts and shakes pretty much, jello stuff. Then I lived on mashed spuds and soupy beans for 2 yrs. Keep going! I cont to say the key is a baby spoon at a time, and work your way up or you may overeat and not realize it till you are sick,

LisaCaron, I don't know if you are speaking to me, but if so you misunderstood, I have no weight loss anymore. Ajit, you are so welcome, write me anytime if I can help, I will only encourage anyone, but just say be careful because by the time I found out, I had really started gaining. Problem is I have no problem w sugar so that's the PROBLEM. I never touched it while doing good on my weight. -

You who might worry about such, don't worry, keep on track, but be very careful, Don't ever puke, and NEVER overeat because that happens. At least for me, and like I said cant be fixed. So keep doing what you are doing and just very careful. I knew a band could slip for those reasons from literature/Dr, but no one tells you when it does there is nothing that can be done. I still would have done it and will never be sorry I did, but I know many who have had not good experiences too, just diff than mine. This is a great place for you all to share and learn, and I probly should not have posted what I did, but people should be aware. God Bless all -
Good Morning, that's AWESOME, I know exactly how you feel, and I didn't realize that until I felt it! I stood taller cuz for the 1st time in my life my boobs were not dragging me down, I even felt sexy but at now 65 and back where I am that went S as well! You take care, keep up your hard work, and God bless you!

Wish i had a happy ending for me
Corp970Schultz posted a topic in Tell Your Weight Loss Surgery Story
Hello, long story short, 6 yfrs ago this Dec I had Lapband. Dr never xrayed only concentrated on fibre, water, exercise, diet. 1st 2 yrs all good but had 2 adjustments, but at end, went in for one and I had gained 10lbs new something wrong, I was at the almost 100 lbs he wanted me at in that time, would not adjust, I walked out. Found another 3 mo later, xray showed my stomach had stretched, nothing to do now. That was almost 3 yrs ago, gained most of weight back, diff areas still cant digest food. All I ever ate for 2 yrs was mashed spuds, soup beans, which was fine w me, yougurt, shakes. Now still same but can eat bacon a little no vegies, fruits, nothing unless in a soup. Still gaining, exercise did not help. So I am back to the other person I was, but depressing as I was happy w that person, just got tired at 59 of up and down, and took opportunity for the surgery. N ow 65 and don't like the new/old person I am now, its embarrassing as 1/2 th epeople I know neer saw me as achub, the other half did, then I went skinny. If I could do it over, would, not sure how I would change anything, when I tried to start real food, I ate a bite to much, threw up and that had to be what did it. 1st Dr would get so mad at me cuz I couldn't eat real food. The idiots don't realize an addict never can eat real food in the way they think you should. So for all of you who can God Bless you and for those who just had surgery? Best of luck, prayers for you all because I been there and know how you feel on your way down! Keep working hared, don't give up!! Blessings you all Teresa I met a lay on here a yr ago, computer crashed and I don't have her anymore, so if she reads his, write me if u still have me!
