    pure protein shake drinks... yuck?

    My doctor which im sure every doctor has there preference sugested pure protien well I found it but since I live in rual missouri all they have is frosty choco... and I didnt much care for it but have gotten alittle more used to it but still asked the department manager if she could see about getting me maybe 3 of the vanilla... im not sure if I would wanna try to cookies and cream although it does sound good lol

    Well I can hinestly say that I am getting less cold footed about it the more people I have telling me not to do this that I could eat less and exersize more...etc. etc. The more I wanna do it and after I lose the weight flip em the bird and tell em to take a flyin kiss and my skinny white a$$ lol so far I have pretty well gotten rid of soda I dint buy it by the case like I used to if I have one it nay be once every 3 or 4 days but its getting longer inbetween them... and also I realize that smokwing isnt healthy period no matter how much u smoke even though compared to most people I have known I smoke way less anyway but I have been with the help of my mom slowly weaning myself off cigarettes I got down to 5 a day and as long as I had them I couldnt go any lower but today I had three and that was then end of the pack and im not buying anymore (fingers crossed) I hope anyway I have wanted one off and on this eveining but since I dont have any just used will power to not even think about it... plus I have been switching between mind occupieing activities such as computer games focused on strategy and heavy thinking to keep me preoccupied so I dont think bout cigs much and ill switch games or go watch a tv show or movie when I start getting bored... so if I can give up cigs and soda...and oh btw I can handel the protien drinks now just an aquired taste I guess don't like them but I drink em anyway so if I can do all that I know I can have this surgury and stick with it forever and prove everyone wrong so one day I can go to my high school graduation and rub it in all the people I went to school with that even though they made fun of me for being fat im the one laughing now cause they are fat and im not

    Well yeah my doc said everyone is different and that different things work for them I have so far pretty much given up soda I this I had half a 20 oz yesterday maybe and that was the last I have had for a few days before that it was just one a day now im trying to get used to the protein drinks which so far I figured the faster I drink it without alowing myself to taste it the easier it is to get down... and also trying to cut back on my smokeing to stop that as well yay... so far going ok but when stress rises I automatically go for one the key is trying to stop myself or not think about it

    Well and my worry now is ... I have slowly been cutting myself off the caffinated soadas and cigs in prep for when I do have the surgury but now I have tasted the protein drinks they want me to be be on one week prior to ... to help shrink my liver... and ewww its so nasty is there a way to make it better?

So I came across this app called fitbit on Google play and went to the site Daly the flex cost 99.99 and I don't have that to spend our I would get it. ..it says it tracks toe sleep patterns as well as daily exercise activity basically it's a very sophisticated pedometer that connect to your phone via blue tooth and constantly updates all the info it gathers and tells you how much you have worked out how many this that and the other you used and can be linked to other daily meal apps to give you a broad spectrum of what your eating and how much of it your working of and of you are meeting your goals as well as if you are getting enough deep sleep at night which I know is all important to this but I was wondering has anyone used it and is it really worth it. .. did it help you or not?     Well maybe once I get some extra cash I might go for it and you can get the band in different colors so im sure black would look professional....

    Well it wasn't actually the doctor that I spoke to it was an aprn or advanced practical resisted nurse I won't meet my doctor until I make the 4 hour drive to have the surgury at the hospital in Kansas City. .. and I may have gotten some things confused. ..I'm going to have to ask for like a list of Dos and donts and an exaple of a full days set of meals listed out like this would be a typical recommended breakfast etc etc... to be clear because it was alt of info to take in at once and im horrible with remembering stuff

    I will check that one out. .. the one I found that let's you create and customize your owntype of diet is called diet point. .. haven't really done anything with it yet I will check them both out tomorrow. .. I found this one thing you can link diet point with called fitbit that has a wrist band type thing that you wear that monitors sleep habits exercise and several other things. ..I would so live to have it but it's 99.99 lol to bad I don't have a rich aunt or something to buy it for me cause I would use it to help me track all this since sleep and exercise is also a big part of this

    Yes unfortunately that is what I was told the bread is a no no well regular bread because it will absorb water and can get stuck and id have to drink water to flush it down or puke it up im not sure why no potatoes she talked really fast and I had a headac by the time I left 3 hours later but the cheese and stuff is a slip through food or something meaning it would just go straight through and not slowly go down through the band
