Banded 7-18-13 total loss thus far 59 pounds, feeling great, no problems, no complaints. I'm so happy I had this done. Fantastic doctor and staff. I'm blessed!!!!! -

I was banded w/plication on 7-18-13 post op visit 9-23-13 and I'm down 45 pounds. I have my "happy green" zone, I feel great! No more arthritis meds, just one pill a day and that is for my allergies. I've had one fill since surgery. I'm so very happy!!!! -

Lap band w/plication 7-18-13 2 week post op down 14 pounds 4 week post op visit down a total of 36 pounds down, I did get a fill of 4.4 total 5.4 in band. I got the fill because after 1-2 hours after a meal I was hungry again. Had the fill drank water to make sure I was comfy and I was done probably will not need another fill, no problems whatsoever feeling GREAT and my clothes are baggy!!!! -

My Nashville surgeon is participating in a study with Duke University, offering the plication along with Lap Band 1-band cannot slip 2- it makes a kind of like gastric sleeve. It was voluntary for the 5 yr study kind of like getting a 2 for 1. Plus it speeds the weight loss -

No problems at all with sleeping or really anything. Just soreness at the incision sites that's about it.

Surgery was 7-18-2013, had lost 18 pounds on pre-op diet. Feeling good and doing well.
