    Hey everyone, I was banded 5 days ago and I was wondering how much weight everyone else lost the first few days, I weighted in on my surgery day at 412, and yesterday I was down to 402, now this morning I've lost another 4 lbs.

    I was just worried about loosing too much to quick, 4lbs in one day seems a little extreme

    My surgeon's post op diet is clear liquids for day 1 & 2, and then on day 3 we can start adding pudding, apple sauce, and soups, as long as its all smooth with no chunks. And we only eat a 1/4 cup every three hrs as needed

    I'm 4 days out from surgery, and I'm having some of the same issues, I'll eat a 1/4 cup of cream of potato soup, and for two to three hours after I'll feel stuffed and belch a lot. Am I eating to fast?
