I was banded July 26th. I am able to drink fluids and eat mushies fine, most gas pains gone, but still pretty painful where my port is. Is anyone else having this problem. I have a pretty active job, start back this morning...and am a little worried due to my port pain.

What a great story. Thank you for sharing. I was banded last Friday the 26th and my port site is really giving me problems. The pain is pretty severe, I can't bend over or turn certain ways without my insides feeling like they are ripping. I really hope the next few days will get better. Congrats on your progress

I had my lap band surgery on friday, I'm having pretty severe pain where I think the port is under my skin. Is this normal?

I can't see the pics either, but congrats. I'm so happy for you. I'm 43 and getting my band in about two weeks. I should have done it earlier. Great success story.,.good job!

Good luck tomorrow. I have to wait until the 26th...I'm excited and nervous too.
