     had revision from vsg to rny on 9/25.  I don’t feel restriction but sometimes feel lousy after I eat.  I am only eating from 600 to 700 calories a day and am not losing.  Any suggestio

      May I ask what led to getting the revision? I'm scheduled for to get sleeved on Wednesday.

      How is your protein intake? Are you getting enough fluids? Are you following your Dr's guidelines? Also, I have heard people say that they changed up their exercise regiment, increased their protein. Are you eating more carbs now? Just a few things to check out. Good Luck. And KEEP ON KEEPING ON!!!
