I had me lapband installed Wednesday July 10th 2013. I've been home recovering and learning the art of sipping Water.
I'm still having pain in my chest and back from all the air left in me, but it's getting much better. I have gone through all my "If I gain more weight" clothes and donated them to goodwill.
Right now I'm having the weird hungry growls, but I feel like I ate an entire horse after a few sips of my water. What are some tips to help me keep track of my water and clear liquid intake? I've already loss three pounds since Wednesday!!!
