Online. It has a good flavor. I could only eat about 6 spoons full. I think that packet will last me all day -

Does anyone else have to keep a food diary? I have to take it with me to my first appointment. I'm fine with that it olds me accountable for my new lifestyle.

I'm not sleeping. I'm on hydrocodone they said it would make me sleepy but it doesn't . -

I haven't had anything to eat. I have unjury chicken Soup. I will try that without the noodles. What with the headache? I have noticed that I don't have the ire to pee anymore..... I'm usually the potty master.

They told me no bra for 2 days.. Yikes.. Guess I'm not having any visitors -
I think if I burp I will feel better. I've been walking inside my house. I can't go outside because of the humidity. Humidity and my asthma are not buddies.

They just called and gave me my appointment for my fill. Im still waiting on the pre-op nurse to call me.
