    My bed is to high so it's hard for me to getting in it. I've been sleeping on the couch. I actually slept on my side yesterday. It came naturally I just woke up on my side

    I've noticed that we all have different after care diets. Some of you are having eggs and grits and tomato soup. My diet is broth, protein drinks, jello, pop sickles and baby food. I can't have any of he good stuff until day 14.

    I guess it works differently for different people. The gasX prevented me from having gas. Do what you think is best for you.

    I put the heating on my shoulder because I had gas trapped and it hurt sooooooo bad and ice on my tummy.

    I would say no. I needed to pass gas in order to get relief from the pain. Make sure you have an ice pack and a heating pad!!!!!

    I made the mistake of taking GasX my first day home and I was miserable!!! After it wore off I didn't take it anymore and the gas started to flow.
