My lap band is now a part of me and the family. So it's time for me to give it a name. I'm naming her Sadie. S-savior A-answer D-dedication I-invincible E-enhance My savior gave me answer to my prayers. Im dedicated to making healthier choices to enhance the quality of my life. With SADIE I feel invincible!!!! She is my new BFF!!!

day 11 post-op Back at work! Sitting at my desk is a bit uncomfortable because i can feel my port. The port forces me to sit up straight and not slouch. Other than that it's all good.

MFP says I need to have 46 grams of protein. 2 bottles of my protein drink is 50 grams. Is anyone else going over their recommended daily protein? -
My vacation is over and I have to go to work tomorrow. I'm not in any pain I'm just tired. I work from 7:30 to 5:00. That's a long day. When I sit up to long it's uncomfortable. Any suggestions on how to make my first day back easier?

I just went grocery shopping and I must say my bill was a lot less expensive. No cookies,chips,snack cakes,soda!!! I spent $7 on my groceries for the week. Baby food is cheap!!!! -

I'm tired of baby food, protein drinks and broth! Yes that's my menu for another 5 days. I have to do 14 days of that diet then I start mushies. By the time I start mushies it will be time for my first fill then its back to baby food, protein drinks and broth for another 3 days then back to mushies. -
