Today is day 4 of my pre-op diet. I had the ECG done today. I've lost 4 pounds so far!!! I'm anxiously waiting for July 11!

Day 2 went well and i actually got some rest last night. Today is day 3 and my stomach is confused! it's making all sorts of sounds. LOL I had a Protein shake for Breakfast and I've been sipping on Isopure. I'm finding it hard to focus without food.

I'm on day 2 of the shrinking Kendra diet. We will survive. My surgery is set for July 11. I have 10 days well actually 9!!!!

its day 2 for me. I am allowed to have 1 meal (a peice of chicken and green salad). Im at work and everyone is eating except for me....I'm drinking!
