hey everyone, im 8 days pre op and i quiet dont understand the use of protein shakes ! my surgeon didnt tell me anything about them and im lost right now its like i havent got any protein in 8 days (im still on the liquid diet) what are protein shakes and where can i get them ? (i know i seem stupid because everyone knows but im really lost, thanks)

Im 1 week post op and my family thinks i have depression because im sitting alone and i became very aggressive in talking and attituded. I keep telling myself that its because i didnt eat in a week maybe ? Did anyone encouter such a problem ?

Taake my advice and walk as much as u can for quick pain recovery

Keep walking and moving the pain medication is temporary i kept walking and got rid of pain on the third day

Me too im 1 week post op and lost 6 kilos already on the clear liquid diet !! When i first woke up from the surgery I said oh god what have I done !! But now i know that NO PAIN NO GAIN
