I was also sleeved 7/17 I too was hungry I have been eating jello yogurt and cream soup as of yesterday. Tonight I might try some mashed potato. I say try a bite it two.

I'm wondering when this gets better I know it's going to but i don know if I'm strong enough all I wanna do is cry I'm miserable I hate this I love that I have lost weight but I want to be able to sit down with my family and eat a meal. Laugh and have fun like we used to. I feel like i have lost my best friend Maybe it's just my hormones out of wack because I am losing weight maybe buyers remorse idk. I know it gets better. Maybe it's time to go to a support group. Yesterday was the first day I hit my liquid goal 64 but today I have barely passed 20 ozs. I'm scared wondering what have I done

So first of all thank u guys for the up lifting words there were cherished. You guys really know what I'm going through and how to make it better. I think I figured out why I was so emotional the other. I ended up in the ER yesterday for severe dehydration. It was starting to mess with my head a little. They gave me fluids and I feel so much better. I feel like a whole new person. I think the dehydration was messing with my emotions. Thank you all so much. Drink drink drink

Wow that all sounds great I thought I would have to stick with blan food I'm excited now

My doc also said no protein. I tried to drink one just so I can have some variety but it came right but up. Never thought I would ever look forward to purée food

Your doc should have prescribed u some if not call them and ask them

I'm sorry to complain I know everyone else is so happy about getting sleeved and I am happy I'm just a Debbie downer today.

Does anyone else have issues with hiccups I have them all the time and they Are painful just sleeved Wednesday

So are any of you guys having issues with head hunger. I'm really missing food this liquid diet is rough. I never thought I would look forward to purée. Surgery was July 17 I have list 10 lds since surg

I'm in my 2 week post op liquid diet. I don't feel any restriction I can eat Popsicle and drink all day and not feel full. I don't get an upset stomach or anything. Is this normal

I still can't drink protein shakes or eat jello they make me vomit

My bowels finally moved this morning at 5am .. While I was sleeping ! I was so ashamed I started crying. Yes I'm a 27 year old who **** there bed.. My boyfriend was helping me change the sheets than helped me into the shower. I was mortified. Of coarse all the boyfriend could say " it's ok honey, **** happens." Yep that made me cry harder.

Omg I love him and that show I would lick the sweat of Gordon's bum tmi lol that does give a person a really good perspective that life can be normal

I had my surg Wednesday so I can I can feel lucky that I had a bowel movement this soon I have read threads where people went for weeks. And yes I think the boyfriend is marriage material. I will never trust a fart again lol I think for the next week or so I will be sleeping on too of a bed pad. Like they use in the nursing home. At least until all the gas from surgery is gone Other than that I'm able to drink more fluids today than I have been so I'm not as worried about dehydration as I was. Protein is my major issue right now every time I try and drink a shake I vomit. Maybe it's just to soon

Nope havnt taken anything. I have to keep running to the toilet every 20 mins I'm worried a out dehydration

The doc said we could have Tylenol but it has to be crushed. My ? Is can we substitute liquid kids Tylenol. The crushed taste horrible and I puke it up every time

I will look again I looked at Walmart today and could t find adult. Thanks for the info
