I'm eating about 600-800 calories a day, and stay at or above 60 grams of protein per day. I keep the carbs under 50 grams per day, and I always get at least 64 ounces of fluid in... Oh, and I have been exercising all along, although I was pretty lazy on the cardio up until the last week or two, I started doing C25K. Weight loss has been slower than I'd like, but pretty steady. No stalls yet!
