Hey Junnies I'm sorry I haven't replied to some of you that replied to my one post but I'm still tryin to figure out this posting business, I'm not computer savy but I will catch on eventually.It has taken me half hour to find june 2013 Bandsters this evening.this is my second post lol. I do not have a scale at home yet but I'm still doing liquids and will start protein shakes tomorrow.i really hope this works,I know it only works if I stick to the rules and I'm not really a rule breaker, But I'm afraid that after the novelty wears off i maybe tempted to test the boundaries. I guess I'm just scared of failing.Darn, why is it soo hard to be skinny?

Hi Junnies I'm new and I had my surgery Friday. My stomach is getting softer but until afew hours ago it has felt hard as a rock on the outside.Im constantly having to sip water and broth and have had a couple of hunger episodes.i was able to overcome them mentally and with fluids but I want to chew and swallow! I suppose I will have to work hard to overcome this instinctive habit.Pain is going away but swelling of abdomen area is still great.
