Wade, I got banded on Wednesday so I'm with ya. The gas pressure is the worst part for me. I try to move around quite a bit because that helps a little. I am exhausted too because all I've had since Tuesday is water and crystal light. I just drank half a protein shake today so we'll see how that goes. From what everyone says on here, I guess we just have to ride this storm out. I hope it keeps getting better and easier everyday.....for both of us!

I had mine on the 12th. I feel the gas pressure as well. I'm a little sore but it's not too bad. I have only drank Powerade Zero and water so far. I don't really have an appetite for anything else. I might try a sugar free popsicle today. Good luck to everyone who just got banded. We'll make the journey together!

I'm about to go get banded today. I'm nervous and excited. The new chapter in my life is about to begin.

Thanks. I'm pretty sore today. My surgeon said I did a good job with the pre-op diet. Everything went smooth. The gas that they use for the surgery was the toughest part. When I woke, I felt like someone jumped up and down on my stomach. All the pressure on my stomach.
