Well - Its been a long time since I have been here. Lost a total of 58 lbs and well. Now. I am expecting baby #3 (Due 6/12/15) - I've had my band empited at around 16-17 weeks as i was having a very hard time keep down anything and everything. I cant wait to get back on my lapband wagon and continue the success of losing

Annnnnnnd..... The scale has moved south another 3 lbs! Woo Hoo! I'm thinking I have found my "green zone" - shhhhhh! Don't want to jinx it, lol

3.5 post op and I think the "Honeymoon" is finally over. Scale didnt move this month, actually it did go down a few but now its back to where I started. Why is it when I get a fill I am sooooo good with restriction for the first 2 weeks and then BAM - its over?!?!?!?!? Feeling disappointed

such a downer seeing that scale going up instead of going down Def not looking to have a pity party, but I sooooo need to re-evaluate this. BIG SIGH

do you know why the scale is going up? If you are following your meal plan and exercising, just stay away from the scale and look for the NSVs. If you are doing something that explains the gain, stop doing it. Come to the next support group meeting...I think we're going to hold it on LI. Lisa is rently following up with a possible venue

Grrrrrr! Up 4.6 lbs because of TOM this week. HATE YOU! Upside is i do feel & see the NSV. Just wanted that scale to move down, not up.
