      one week is not a stall. if the scale isn't moving, look for those NSVs. you'll see, they're plentiful if you just look for them.

      Imagine when the scale doesn't move for 3 weeks, I would call that a stall. You may see no movement as of today and by tomorrow see 2 lbs gone like that. Stay patient. But I do notice, I stall when I don't get protein and workouts in. So try walking more and meet those protein goals!!

      Thanks ladies, but now the scale is up 2 lbs and I haven't had any NSV this week. Feeling defeated. Wishing the needle would move south already :(
