Thank you all for the great words of encouragement! However I am still so nervous, not about the surgery or the after feeling/care but just the thought of being put on a ventilator scares the living day lights out of me.

Dlamp112, today was the big day, yes? I hope you are doing well and being on the ventilator is/was not as scary as you imagined. You are now on the losers bench. Congratulations!!! Keep us posted please.
