dlamp112 that is really normal to tell you the truth for some of us...I am out 5 mths now from my lap-band surgery and the weight loss is slow. I was just told at my last appt that for some until that band reaches it Green Zone it is merely us being really aware of portions, eat slowly so our minds catch up with our tummies and chew chew chew. I put an app on my phone called eat slowly and it has helped me slow down my eating. Although I am not losing like others I am losing about 4 lbs between fills. So please don't get discouraged...it will get better I promise. Let me know if you need anything else okay? Take care!!!
