No APRN always told me to eat when I was Hungary and just most importantly stay hydrated your stomach my still be swollen causing the decrease in appetite -
Congrats to all making your goal this month and for those who didn't including myself use this past month journey to motivate you for the next month

Getting back on track weighing in at 166.2 down from my vacation weight of 169 on my way

Hi guys I have a question my last fill was the first week of July which put me at 6.25cc I debting if I should get an additional fill due to portion control my weight has been on a Plateau since July at this point I can eat anything as long as I chew well.and my hungry is well controlled but I fear that my portion as larger than they are suppose to be especially when eating out which I do alot please help looking for positive feedback

Hi I am also a nurse on a cardiac step down unit I am married to my husband of 13 years and I have three children from ages 16 to 4 I was banded on 11/26/12 I absolutely love my band so far I have lost 90 pounds with a goal of to lose 20 more I just wanted to say welcome to this great WLS community

This is cool I lost a new born calf lol -
I too had some episodes of dizziness and lightheadedness I would increase my fluids and they would go away it could be something as simple as that but as always do fyi your Dr. so he is aware as well

I was open with my co workers we are really close at times I feel they were and are more supportive than some of my family also another co worker got the sleeve several months before I was banded and she was nervous about what people would think but after seeing the great support I received she became very open with her surgery so we continue to support each other.
