Monthly check up at doc today...another 8 lbs gone....can't believe I'm done 83 lbs...never in my life would I or could I have imagined this result...I am feeling very blessed!

Oh...that should have been down 83 NOT done 83.....I am NOT DONE YET! Thank you both....definitely staying on track....i WILL get the rest of the weight off....I'm not sure how low I can get to the 140 goal I would like to see but Im going to continue to stay the course and take it one day at a time!
