Wondering why I beat myself up nearly every day….I've lost 87 pounds…what more do I want…and what is wrong with me!

You are doing so beautifully! It's hard to be gentle with ourselves when we need it most. Life is full and there's so much to juggle -- I sometimes feel like I'm not accomplishing what I "should" or meeting my own expectations. Positive self-talk has helped me -- like saying "TA DA" even when it feels silly, or looking in the mirror and genuinely liking the person I'm seeing, even just in that moment. Maybe it takes practice!
