I'm on protein drinks, broth clear liquids. Every time I attempted to drink anything today I would gag and almost throw up all I got told was try to drink well I honestly tried I have given up. I give it to everyone who made it threw their preop diet I couldn't do it. Thanks for all the advice and support.

Thanks I'm having issues with all liquids cause I'm so hungry. And as I sit here there is no way I can do this for 4 more days plus another week after. So I think I'm gonna give up apparently this is not for me.

Today is day 3 on the liquid diet I have 4 more days. Today I'm getting sick everything I drink expecially shakes I feel like I'm going to throw up everywhere! So I've kinda slowed down on the liquids. I really don't know if I can do another 4 days. Also feeling weak today and tired and advice for this sick feeling?

I'm going threw the same thing I've been so ready for this and now that my surgery is next wed the 19th I'm like what the heck and I doing? I know I want and need this to help me but now for some reason I'm scared and not sure why. Wish I could tell you that your making the right decision for yourself, nobody can do that except you. I've read a lot of these and it seems a lot of people go threw this and have the same feelings.

Ok I was doing fine on this diet till about 3 now I'm STARVING and this is only my first day have 6 more to go. The 2nd protein shake really didn't hold me over as long as the first one. Can you chew sf gum on this diet? Im trying to stay busy but still hungry.

I started my diet today as well so far I'm doing ok but the protein shakes do help alot

My surgery date is June 19 I can have up to 5 protein shakes a day and broth, jello basically clear liquids. I'm getting pretty nervous now. Actually REALLY nervous.

How's it been so far? I'm getting nervous now since its getting closer now.

I'm excited as well I know this is the right decision for me I usually only have those second thoughts or get nervous when I'm watching you tube videos lol guess I need to stop watching I'm finally ready to make the change and get healthy!!!
