I am starting to feel a little guilty when some of the heavier coworkers ask how I've lost weight. Part of me wants to tell to them but I really want to keep that private. For the most part I tell them Portion Control, low carbs and exercising more. Which is all true. I do add the 'for the most part' at the beginning to sort of disclaim that it's not the only things, lol. If they don't ask further or specific questions then I'm not going to expand upon it. I guess it's sort of like the "How are you doing" general question. You tell them "good" and will usually reply "How are you?" 'Good' is not the full story there. You're omitting some back story there. Also the whole - what did you do this weekend? You don't tell them every little detail. So that's how I try to not feel guilty about not mentioning my band.

It's jut like chicken broth but with pork ribs. I stir fry the meat while at the same time boiling Water in a separate pot. Then, I add the boiling water to the mean and let it simmer/boil for about an hour. It's much more filling and better tasting than broth from a can

That is very true however there is a way to ask the ones you wanted to all in one post or perhaps in a private message. The person nor myself are trying to be rude or complaining just simply trying to inform you so you do not have to keep asking multiple times is all.
As we all scroll thru we have go several posts before seeing what the next person had to say & maybe something else that someone else asked might get missed by people trying to scroll past several posts that are repeats is all.

Try giving her the benefit of the doubt as she is likely all wrapped up in her wedding planning. And I agree...looking for bridesmaids dresses is not the time to call her out on anything.
Having said that however....I would suggest when you come out of the dressing room and see that you look spectacular...you should say loudly and forcefully....I looook faabulous in this dress!
I know...it's not how we roll. Most of us are so overwhelmed by how we look, that we sit in the dressing room or stand in front of the mirror and cry...and the poor saleslady has no idea what's going on.
But if you acknowledge your success loud and clear, there's no way she can avoid it.
