I agree with JealthyNewMe... Jealousy doesn't necessarily have to be a bad thing. It can propel us to try and do better.... It's when ppl don't know how to act that they run into problems. Hopefully your friend can come around.

That sucks! Because we've had such a disgusting winter, I haven't seen most of my friends since losing a considerable amount of weight. After reading your story (and other's) I'm kinda prepared mentally for some friends to act up... Or at least that's what I tell myself.

In December hubby and I invested in the PAX vaporizer. He has chronic back pain, and I just like to mellow out from time to time. We never smoke to a point where we are too high to function- about two puffs and we are DONE- then it's off to watch TV and laugh our asses off. I always make sure I've had a nice, fatty (Atkins) meal a few hours before partaking, and I make sure I have high Protein Snacks (like pepperoni slices) nearby in case I get the "munchies". I have great self-control when it comes to smoking post-op thank God!! I do, however, allow myself ONE fun-sized chocolate when I'm high because the taste of chocolate is euphoric to me when I'm high. (Atkins be damned) LoL

I'm barely out of the 200s mark, and at 4'11 my "ideal" weight is near 120 lbs. I never intended on getting that small in the first place. I looooove a curvy body. I was thinking more around 140, but I'm starting to think that with 30 more lbs lost I'll be ok. That will put me around the 170s... I don't know, maybe my self-image is distorted. I look in the mirror and its almost like another face is looking back at me...

Good luck to you both. Maybe I'm bigger than I think I am. Anywhoo, I'll let my clavicles dictate when enough is enough. (I don't have them yet, but they are the one body part I'm looking forward to the most!)

If I remember correctly, capsules are a NO NO, right?? I just threw up my tamiflu capsule. I caught it in a tissue paper but it kinda popped on one side. I don't know if I should still take it.

I don't even know where I am NOW

I've been taking them since Friday with no problems. I'm thinking maybe I didn't drink enough water because it kinda upsets my stomach, unless I have a snack or a meal with it. So my plan was to drink it with as little water as possible so that the snack wouldn't be a problem.

That would make me feel awkward. Thank God I can manage eating/talking/interacting all at the same time while still being mindful of what my jaw, hands, and mouth are doing.
