Heyyyy, y'all!! Who makes quiches?? I'm planning on making one, cooking it at 350 for 35-45 minutes... But is it on the lower level, middle, or top level?

It's jut like chicken broth but with pork ribs. I stir fry the meat while at the same time boiling water in a separate pot. Then, I add the boiling water to the mean and let it simmer/boil for about an hour. It's much more filling and better tasting than broth from a can

I think this is the best advice. I guess I'm cut from a different cloth than most people. I would just keep on keeping on and move on. If nothing else has changed in the relationship, I wouldn't rock the boat (but that's just me) I think eventually, true friends WILL talk about it.... But wait till after she weds.

Last night we ate out, I wasn't really hungry so I told my husband he should share his French style chicken (breast) with me. I've had it before and remembered how juicy and tender it is. Thankfully, my ten year old ordered STEAK, because I had to excuse myself after a few tiny bites of that chicken.... The steak went down perfectly.

It sounds like it's in THEIR "best interest" for you to get the sleeve instead of the band, for the reasons stated above. I also went in wanting to get the band and the doctors & nurses convinced me to go for the sleeve. I went home and continued my research and I thank GOD I came to just a few days later, and called them to let them know I was having BLAPband instead. They tried to still push the sleeve, but I wasn't having it. My sister had her sleeve done in June and she's wasting away, sort-to-speak. She can't stop losing

OMGggggggg!! Something is definitely wrong with that woman! I'd say, forget it, move on, and if she's there next time just AVOID her... I agree she was rude as heck, but things can escalate very quickly. Just let it be.

No. No. No. No. No. Noooooo! I'm keeping a pair of size 20 (tight fitting) jeans to remind me of how bad I treated myself. At this point, it looks like I won't need too much work done. I don't mind doing my TT, but I want to avoid touching me titties (*giggles*) at all costs. After losing 45+ lbs, they still look nice and round and BIIIIIG. I hope they stay that way after the next 50.

WoooooHooooo!!! I just bought my first size 14 today.... I took 14, 16, and EIGHTEENS in the fitting room. When I was in there and took the first pair, of course I naturally went for the 18- looked at it again and put it back...! It IS a great feeling knowing I don't have to even TRY an 18 EVER AGAIN!!
